Kochi/Thiruvananthapuram: The Kerala High Court on Friday ruled to maintain the status quo for a week in the matter concerning the transfer of high school teachers.
This directive comes from a bench led by Justices Sathish Ninan and Harishankar V Menon. The petitions will come under review on May 22.
Previously, the high court determined that the Kerala Administrative Tribunal (KAT) ruling, nullifying the transfers of higher secondary school teachers, should not impede the transfers that have already taken place until June 3.
