NTA has released the CSIR UGC NET December 2025 admit card. The CBT exam will be held on December 18 in two shifts. Check subject-wise schedule and download link.

National Testing Agency (NTA) will be conducting the Joint CSIR-UGC NET Examination in December 2025, through Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode, on 18.12.2025 in two shifts.
The examinations in (i) Life Sciences and (ii) Earth Atmospheric, Ocean and Planetary Sciences will be held in Shift 1 (9 am to 12 noon) on 18.12.2025 and the tests in (i) Chemical Sciences (ii) Mathematical Sciences and (iii) Physical Sciences will be held in Shift 2 (3 pm to 6 pm) on 18.12.2025.
This is a test to determine the eligibility of Indian nationals for 'award of Junior Research Fellowship and appointment as Assistant Professor', 'appointment as Assistant Professor and admission to PhD' and 'admission to PhD only' in Indian universities and colleges.
The Admit Card for the Joint CSIR UGC NET December 2025 Examination has been released by NTA. Candidates can download their Admit Cards from the NTA website https://csirnet.nta.nic.in/ using their Application Number and Password.
The Admit Card is issued provisionally to the candidates, subject to the fulfilment of the eligibility conditions. The Admit Card will not be sent by post. Candidate must not mutilate the Admit Card or change any entry made thereon. The issue of the Admit Card, however, will not necessarily mean acceptance of eligibility, which shall be further scrutinised at subsequent stages of the admission process. Candidates should preserve a copy of their Admit Card and keep it in good condition for future reference.
