Since CMAT has been conducted in two shifts, raw marks obtained by the candidates in different shifts / sessions have been converted to NTA score (percentile).
The NTA scores of candidates have been calculated as follows: 100 X (Number of candidates appeared in the ‘Session’ with raw score equal to or less than the raw score of the candidate/ Total number of the candidates appeared in the ‘Session’).
NTA score is not the same as percentage of marks obtained.
For any clarification regarding the result, candidates can get in touch with the NTA Helpdesk at 011– 40759000/69227700 or write to NTA at cmat@nta.ac.in.
The Role of NTA is confined to the Registration of candidates, conduct of the test, hosting of answer keys, inviting challenges, finalizing answer keys, preparing and declaring results and hosting Score Card.
NTA has no role in counselling for admission to the Management Programmes. Candidates must apply separately to the desired CMAT-2025 participating Institutions with the CMAT Score 2025. Thereafter, each Participating Institutions will release their respective cut off CMAT Scores which a candidate should meet to get qualified for admission to that particular Institution. Once qualified, the candidate will have to comply with the selection procedure of that particular Institution, which may comprise of Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI). The final selection of the candidate will be based on the candidate’s performance in GD & PI.
