The Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) Kerala, has published the Second Phase of Centralised Allotment (CAP) for admission to Government Nursing Colleges and Private Self-financing Nursing Colleges in the State for the year 2025-26 at https://cee.kerala.gov.in/pgn2025/

The allotment is based on the online options confirmed/rearranged/deleted by the candidates within the stipulated time and the rank of the candidate in the Rank List published by the CEE.

Candidates can access their homepage by entering their application number and password at https://cee.kerala.gov.in/pgn2025/ and can view allotment details by clicking the menu ‘Allotment Result.’

Candidates who have a fresh allotment or a change in allotment can download and take a printoutof their second-phase allotment memo containing details such as name, roll number, allotment details, tuition fees, deposit (if any), etc. They can also download their ‘Data Sheet’ from here.

Candidates having allotment/re-allotment should report for admission before the principal of the allotted colleges between 16.10.2025 and 3 pm on 18.10.2025 along with the allotment memo and original documents specified in Clause 12 (c) of the Prospectus. They should remit the fees or balance fees, if any, as shown in the allotment memo in the allotted college at the time of admission. Those belonging to SC/ST/OEC/other categories mentioned in the notification are exempted from remitting tuition fees.

Candidates who do not take admission within the specified time limit will lose their allotment. Candidates who have a change of allotment will automatically lose their current admission to the first phase. If the candidate has a change of college to their higher options in the second phase, they should obtain from their currently admitted college a T.C. and relevant documents submitted at the time of admission in the first phase and join the newly allotted colleges within the specified date notified by the CEE.

Vacancies that exist in various government and self-financing nursing colleges after the second phase of centralized allotment shall be filled by mop-up counseling as per clause 12.A(xix) of the PG Nursing Prospectus 2025.

Candidates who wish to participate in the Mop Up Allotment have to register fresh online options through the website of the CEE from 17.10.2025 to 1 pm on 21.10.2025. The details of the mop-up Counseling will be published at https://cee.kerala.gov.in/pgn2025/
