Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram-695 001, has published the Stray Vacancy allotment to Medical & Medical Allied Courses for the year 2025 at www.cee.kerala.gov.in.

The allotment has been published after addressing the valid complaints received against the provisional allotment list published on 11.11.2025.

The details of allotment of a candidate, such as Name, Roll Number, Allotted Course, Allotted College, Category of Allotment, Fee details, etc., are available in the home page of the candidate as well as in the Allotment Memo. The allotted candidates can take a printout of the allotment memo from the candidate portal. Candidates who have an allotment can download the ‘Data Sheet’ containing the basic details of the candidates by clicking the menu ‘Data Sheet’ available on the home page of the candidate. The printout of the Allotment Memo and Data Sheet is to be produced before the college authorities at the time of admission.

Candidates who have received an allotment should remit the fees as shown in the allotment memo to the allotted college and should join the course/ College allotted by 4 pm on 15.11.2025.

Candidates allotted under SC/ST/OEC/ Other categories specified in the Notification need not pay the tuition fee. However, if they are allotted under Management seats in Self-financing colleges, they will have to remit the fee as shown in the allotment memo, and they will not be eligible for any fee concession.

Those candidates who do not join the course/college allotted within the stipulated time will lose their allotment. The registration fee of such candidates will not be refunded, and they will be penalised as per the KEAM Prospectus clause 12.2.4.

Those candidates who quit seats after taking admission either through stray vacancy allotment or through previous allotments conducted by CEE, will be penalised as per the KEAM Prospectus clause 12.2.4.

Vacancies, if any, existing in Medical and Medical Allied Courses after this stray vacancy filling round will be filled through the second phase stray vacancy filling round. Those candidates who do not join after getting an allotment through this allotment and those who quit the seats after joining the college will not be considered for the second phase stray vacancy filling. Candidates who joined the allotted seat in this phase are also not eligible to participate in the second stray vacancy allotment.
