Kerala AYUSH admissions 2025: NEET UG score submission and correction of photo, signature, nativity and nationality allowed through KEAM 2025 portal until 11.59 pm on December 5.

Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram-695 001, has opened the online facility for submission of NEET (UG) -2025 result & rectify defects in photo, signature, nativity and nationality in applications for admission to Medical & Medical Allied Courses, Kerala.
The admission to the Ayurveda, Homoeopathy, Siddha, and Unani courses is as per the rank list prepared by the CEE based on the score of the candidates in NEET-UG 2025.
Candidates who have submitted an online application to CEE as per the notification dated 01.12.2025 and appeared in NEET (UG)-2025 and are opting for admission to Medical Courses such as Ayurveda, Homoeopathy, Siddha, Unani have to submit their NEET (UG) 2025 result details to the CEE for preparing the revised State rank lists.
The online facility for submission of NEET (UG) 2025 result details will be available at www.cee.kerala.gov.in till 11.59 pm on 05.12.2025. This facility is also open to those candidates who have already submitted online applications based on earlier notifications. But the third stray vacancy option registration for such candidates will be restricted only to AYUSH courses. Candidates who do not submit their NEET (UG) - 2025 results to the CEE within the stipulated time shall not be considered for the preparation of the rank list for the courses such as Ayurveda, Homoeopathy, Siddha, and Unani.
To submit the NEET result, candidates should access www.cee.kerala.gov.in, click the link ‘KEAM 2025-Candidate Portal’ and provide their KEAM 2025 Application number and Password to enter the Home Page of the candidate. Candidate should click the Menu Item ‘NEET Result Submission’ and provide NEET (UG)-2025 Roll Number, NEET (UG)-2025 Application Number and NEET (UG)- 2025 Date of Birth and then verify the score card for NEET (UG) 2025 - Candidate’s name, Name of Father, Name of Mother, NEET (UG) result details shown in the screen with NEET (UG) 2025 NEET Percentile Score, All India Rank for counseling etc. If the details are correct, the applicant has to click the ‘Verified and Submit’ button. The procedure of submission of the NEET result will be complete only when the ‘Verified and Submit’ button is clicked.
Candidates should take the printout of the ‘NEET Result Submission Report’ and keep it with them for future use. Candidates should not send/upload the NEET Score Card or NEET Result Submission Report to the CEE.
All candidates must go through the Government-approved Prospectus for admission to Professional Degree courses-2025, available at www.cee.kerala.gov.in.
Rectification of defects in photo, signature, nativity and nationality: Candidates who have submitted online application to the CEE as per notification dated 01.12.2025 for admission to Ayurveda, Homoeo, Siddha, Unani Courses (KEAM-2025) can rectify the defects in photo, signature, nativity, class 10th certificate, nationality and can pay the pending fees, if any, up to 11.59 pm on 05.12.2025.
Candidates can rectify the above defects through the link ‘KEAM 2025-Candidate Portal’ provided at www.cee.kerala.gov.in by giving their Application Number and Password. Candidates can rectify their defects by uploading valid documents/Photo/Signature and can pay the eligible fee, if any, within the stipulated time. The above facility is also open to those candidates who have already submitted online applications based on earlier notifications, but third-round stray vacancy options registration for such candidates will be restricted only to AYUSH courses.
