CEE Kerala has opened fresh option registration for B.Pharm lateral entry stray vacancy allotment process

The Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram, has invited options for the stray vacancy allotment to the B.Pharm (Lateral Entry) Course 2025.
In this phase, a fresh option registration facility is available to candidates at www.cee.kerala.gov.in. Candidates who have figured in the rank list of B.Pharm (L.E.)–2025 published by the CEE and satisfy the eligibility criteria given in the Prospectus can register fresh options and participate in this phase of allotment. Those who have already been admitted will not be eligible to participate in this phase and subsequent phases of allotments. Those who have got an allotment in the third phase of allotment will not be eligible to participate in this phase and subsequent phases of allotments.
The vacant seats are published at the website of the CEE. Candidates shall register options to any seats they wish to join if allotted, irrespective of the vacancy status notified, as any vacancy that may arise during the counselling will also be filled based on these options. As applicable category conversions of seats will take place in the stray vacancy allotment, candidates may take into account those probable vacancies that may arise due to the applicable category conversions, if any, also while registering options for the stray vacancy allotment.
Option Registration Fee: Those candidates who wish to register options will have to remit a registration fee of Rs. 2,000/- to the CEE online. The registration fee will be adjusted in the tuition fee of those candidates who take admission consequent on allotments. Candidates belonging to the SC/ST/OEC category and those having benefits as per G.O.(Ms) No.25/2005/SCSTDD Dated 20.06.2005 and G.O (Ms)No. 10/2014/BCDD Dated 23.05.2014 and those candidates from Juvenile Home, Nirbhaya Home, Sree Chithra Home will have to remit Rs.500/- as a registration fee. The registration fee of such candidates who take admission to the allotted college/course will be adjusted in the caution deposit.
However, candidates who paid the registration fee in previous allotment phases but did not get allotment up to the third phase allotment are exempted from further payment. Those candidates who paid the option registration fee in the third phase allotment but were not allotted a seat do not have to pay the option registration fee again in this round. The registration fee of those candidates who do not get allotment will be refunded. The registration fee of those candidates who do not take admission will be treated as a penalty and will not be refunded.
The facility to register options online ends at 3 pm on 05.01.2026. The provisional stray vacancy allotment list will be published on 05.01.2026, and the final stray vacancy allotment list on 06.01.2026. Those getting an allotment should join the allotted colleges between 07.01.2026 and 3 pm on 09.01.2026.
The seats received through stray vacancy allotment cannot be changed further. Candidates who are allotted a seat in the stray vacancy allotment, irrespective of the admission status, will not be eligible for any subsequent allotments.
