Bengaluru: Confident Group Managing Director TA Joseph said that the death of Chairman CJ Roy will not affect the company’s ongoing projects and its operations will continue smoothly and efficiently. He clarified that the news circulating on social media about investigations by central agencies such as the Income Tax Department and the Enforcement Directorate is false. In a video message, Joseph stated that the company does not operate using money got by cheating anyone.

The company’s activities are mainly centered in Bengaluru and Kochi. Earlier, operations in Bengaluru were handled under the supervision of Chairman Roy, while activities in Kerala were managed by him as the Managing Director. In Bengaluru, the company has very few direct flat projects. Instead, it acquires land, develops infrastructure, hands it over to other builders, and also undertakes projects jointly with partners.
