Chennai: A scene from director Venkat Prabhu’s 2024 blockbuster GOAT (Greatest of All Time) has achieved viral status following the stunning performance of actor Vijay’s party, Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK), in the 2026 Tamil Nadu Assembly elections.
Actor and music director Premgi Amaran sparked the social media frenzy by sharing a clip on X (formerly Twitter) featuring himself and Vijay during a humorous exchange in the film. The focal point of the footage is the vehicle’s registration number: TN 07 CM 2026.
As it became clear that Vijay was the frontrunner to become the state’s next Chief Minister, Premgi posted the video with the caption, "Venkat Prabhu calculated this then itself. Check out the car number." Director Venkat Prabhu acknowledged the apparent prophecy by sharing the post with giggling smileys.

The viral moment marks a tectonic shift in the region's politics. C. Joseph Vijay, making his electoral debut with the TVK, has successfully disrupted the decades-long dominance of the Dravidian giants.
