The police have charged the accused under various sections of the IT Act.
According to the police, Nihad shared the explicit material following personal disputes with his friends. The State DGP ordered a detailed inquiry after receiving multiple complaints regarding the incident.
As part of the investigation, the police wrote to YouTube requesting the removal of the channel used to circulate the videos, which was subsequently taken down.
