Bogus doctor held by police in Kunnamkulam

Kunnamkulam:The police here have arrested a bogus doctor who allegedly ran a clinic without having a degree in medicine.

The fake doctor Prakash Mandal (53), an Assam native, who ran a clinic under the name 'Roshni Clinic', was arrested by the police for providing treatment for diseases such as hemorrhoids and fistulas. 

The police have also seized many documents and materials used for treatment during the inspection.
