Also, Udhayanidhi Stalin from Tamil industry, Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan from Telugu industry gave her the NOCs. She expressed gratitude to the 37 producers who supported her project, acknowledging their willingness to allow their work to be used in the documentary.
While she did not directly mention his name, Nayanthara's post suggested that Dhanush was the only one to deny NOC for the documentary.
Nayanthara-Dhanush feud
Nayanthara recently criticised actor Dhanush over a legal dispute regarding her documentary Nayanthara: Beyond the Fairy Tale. Dhanush had issued a legal notice demanding Rs 10 crore in compensation for using three seconds of footage from his film Naanum Rowdy Dhaan without permission.
In response, Nayanthara posted an open letter on social media, claiming the notice was driven by Dhanush’s personal grudge against her and her husband, director Vignesh Shivan. The controversy centres around a brief behind-the-scenes clip from the film, which holds considerable personal and professional value for both Nayanthara and Vignesh, as it was the film where they first met. Several celebrities have since shown support for Nayanthara amidst the ongoing legal and public dispute.
