Mumbai: The makers of Prabhas-starrer Spirit have officially confirmed that the film remains on track for its planned release, putting an end to speculation around possible delays.

The high-profile project is scheduled to release worldwide on 5 March 2027, as originally announced. In a statement, the makers said the film is being mounted on a large scale and is progressing as planned, describing it as one of the most anticipated cinematic events in the coming years.

Fronted by Prabhas, the film reunites producer Bhushan Kumar with director Sandeep Reddy Vanga following the success of Animal. The cast also includes Triptii Dimri, Vivek Oberoi, and newcomer Aishwarya Desai, with the film positioned as a pan-world release across eight languages.

Written, directed, and edited by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, Spirit is jointly produced by Bhushan Kumar, Pranay Reddy Vanga, Krishan Kumar, and Prabhakar Reddy Vanga.
