'Haven’t watched Marco; Unni Mukundan is..,' says Nikhila Vimal

Actress Nikhila Vimal has spoken about her co-star Unni Mukundan in an interview for the promotion of Get Set Baby on Kan Media, sharing her thoughts on his method of work, particularly in relation to his preparation for the film Marco.

According to Nikhila, Unni Mukundan worked systematically to prepare for his role in Marco, following a strict diet and working out twice a day. She spoke about his commitment to his craft, noting that Unni is a hardworking actor who is always focused on his work.

When asked about her decision not to act in Meppadiyan, Nikhila explained that she felt her role in the film was limited and that she did not have much to contribute. However, she says that she had believed the film was good and hoped that it would be successful.

Nikhila also clarified that Unni Mukundan’s portrayal of a violent character in Marco is purely fictional. She explained that, in reality, Unni is not a violent person. Describing him as pure and innocent, she stated that the role does not reflect his true nature.

Nikhila also shared that she has not seen Marco, adding that she generally does not enjoy violent films.
