The makers of G.O.A.T (Great Of All Time) released the single titled 'Chinna Chinna Kangal' today, on the occasion of Vijay's 50th birthday. The lyrical video has been released a tribute to the late singer Bhavatharini. The song has been made using an AI-generated voice of the late playback singer and Ilaiyaraaja's daughter, who passed away on 25th January due to cancer. The male voice has been given by Vijay himself.

Singer-composer and Bhavatharini's brother Yuvan Shankar Raja penned a heartfelt note on X after the release of the song. He wrote, "The second single from #TheGreatestOfAllTime is very special for me. Words cannot do justice to describe this feeling. When we were composing this song in Bangalore, @vp_offl & I felt this song is for my sister and at that time I thought to myself once she’s better and out of the hospital we can record her voice. But, an hour later I got the news that she’s no more. I never imagined I would be using her voice like this. I would like to sincerely thank my music team & all the people involved in the process of making this happen. It is a very bittersweet moment for me."

In addition to the song, a teaser was also released earlier today. The teaser spans 50 seconds, featuring a bike chase scene and revealing Vijay in a dual role—one character slightly older and the other younger. Reports suggest that Vijay's youthful appearance in the film is achieved through advanced de-ageing technology.

'G.O.A.T.' is scheduled for a worldwide release on September 5, coinciding with Vinayaka Chaturthi, and is being distributed by Aegis Entertainment. The film also features Meenakshi Chaudhary, Prashanth, Prabhu Deva, Jayaram, and Sneha, in key roles.
