Govt lowers NEET MDS 2025 cut-off percentiles for all categories

The Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India, has decided to lower the minimum qualifying percentiles of NEET MDS 2025 by 19.863 percentile for each category (General, SC/ST/OBC, and UR-PWD).
Accordingly, the revised qualifying percentiles for NEET-MDS 2025, for the academic session 2025–26, will be as follows (Category, revised minimum qualifying criteria, cut-off score out of 960): (i) General Category (UR/EWS)- 30.137 Percentile, 197 (ii) General-PwBD - 25.137 Percentile, 182 (iii) SC/ST/OBC (Including PwBD of SC/ST/OBC)- 20.137 Percentile, 168.
The Notification of NBEMS dated 14.8.2025 in this regard has been published at https://www.natboard.edu.in/
The information bulletin of NEET-MDS 2025 should therefore be read accordingly.
However, there is no change in the NEET-MDS 2025 rank as published in NBEMS result notification dated 15.05.2025.
Candidature is purely provisional, subject to fulfillment of eligibility criteria as mentioned in the NEET-MDS 2025 Information Bulletin and verification of Face ID/biometrics wherever required.
