ICMR-NIN Hyderabad invites applications for PG Certificate Course in Nutrition

Extension & Training Division, Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR)-National Institute of Nutrition (NIN), Hyderabad has invited applications for admission to the Post-Graduate Certificate Course in Nutrition (PGCCN) to be held from 5th January to 18th March 2026.

Eligibility: Applicant should hold a Master's Degree in Life Sciences (Biochemistry/ Physiology/Food & Nutrition/Dietetics/ Biology/Zoology)/ Biomedical Sciences or a basic degree in Medical Health Sciences (MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BHMS/BPT/BUMS/Bachelor of Naturopathy/ Pharmacy & Allied Sciences)

The duration of the course is 10 weeks, from 5th January to 18th March, 2026.

Registration fee is Rs. 1,000/- to be paid by way of Demand Draft in favour of ‘The Director, National Institute of Nutrition, Hyderabad. Application without registration fee of Rs. 1,000/- will not be accepted.

Tuition fee is Rs. 50,000/- to be paid after confirmation of admission.

The course is conducted offline only and includes field visits/ studies. Hence, physical attendance during the entire course is compulsory.

The intake of candidates for the course is restricted to 20. Preference would be given to professionals and employees who are working in the fields of Health and Nutrition. Hostel accommodation will be provided to outstation candidates on payment of applicable charges.

Filled-in form along with a set of xerox copies of the certificates should reach ‘The Head of the Department, Extension & Training, ICMR-National Institute of Nutrition, Beside Tarnaka Metro Station, Jamai-Osmania PO, Hyderabad, Telangana -500 007’ by post/ courier/ hand before 12th November, 2025. Applications by email are not accepted.
