Thrissur: A Plus One student who went missing in Kattoor was found dead in a well. Archa, the daughter of Arjunan and Sreekala was found dead in a well near their house. The student had been missing since Friday. During further search, the body was recovered from the well on Sunday morning.

Archa is a Plus One student at Chentrappinni Higher Secondary School. The girl’s family had filed a complaint with the Kattoor police on Friday. Relatives and police had conducted searches in places including Alappuzha, thinking that she had run away from home. 

The Kattoor police have registered a case and started an investigation. The body will be handed over to the relatives after post-mortem. The funeral will be on Sunday evening.
