Modi may visit Karuvannur to boost Suresh Gopi’s election campaign

Thrissur: According to sources, Prime Minister Narendra Modi may visit Karuvannur as part of the election campaigning in Kerala. The Special Protection Group (SPG) has sought report from the Intelligence Bureau on the security arrangements made for the prime minister.

Sources suggest that his intention to visit Karuvannur is to boost the campaign activities of Thrissur’s BJP candidate Suresh Gopi. The campaign venue will be at Irinjalakuda.

Modi’s visit is at a time when the central agencies are tightening their grip on Karuvannur. 

In addition to this, he might also attend TN. Sarasu’s campaign, BJP candidate from Alathur constituency. 

The party is also intending to organise a general meeting at Kunnamkulam for Narendra Modi’s interaction.
