Netanyahu: US President Donald Trump and I are 'fully co-ordinated’

Tel Aviv: Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu, in a live interview with Fox News in the US, praised President Donald Trump several times, claiming that the duo are "fully coordinated" despite Donald Trump telling ABC News that "it's possible [the US] could get involved" after reaffirming the country is not involved in the conflict "at this moment".
When asked if he had requested US-made 'bunker buster' bombs from Trump – weapons that can destroy underground targets, PM Netanyahu denied discussing it with the president. "But understand that his decisions are his decisions," Netanyahu added.
Commenting on the power of Israel, he said that Israel has already damaged Iran's nuclear capability, including an attack on a nuclear plant in Isfahan.
Earlier, Iraq's Prime Minister, Mohammed Shiaa al-Sudani, said that he had told the EU ambassador in Baghdad that Israel's strikes on Iran are a "direct threat to security and stability in Iraq and the region."
Additionally, he called on Iraq to stop Israel from using its airspace to launch attacks on Iran, according to a statement from the Iranian presidency.
Earlier today, Iranian media reported fresh explosions in central Tehran, with the semi-official Tasnim news agency sharing video footage of smoke rising near Valiasr Square. Iranian authorities also updated the death toll from Friday and Saturday’s Israeli strikes to 128, including women and children, with around 900 others injured.
The Israeli Air Force carried out an “extensive series of intelligence-based strikes” on several targets in Tehran, including the headquarters of Iran’s Ministry of Defense, the Israeli military said. Iran’s Tasnim News Agency earlier reported that the strike caused minor damage to one of the ministry’s administrative buildings.
Iran said Israeli strikes targeted South Pars natural gas field – the largest in the world – and Shahran oil depot. Videos from Tehran show a large fire burning and smoke billowing in the distance.
