Fuel Prices (November 24, 2025): Check petrol, diesel and LPG rates in Mumbai, Delhi, Kozhikode and other cities

India’s retail fuel prices remained largely unchanged on Monday, with petrol, diesel and domestic LPG rates showing continued stability across major cities. In Mumbai, the price of petrol stood at ₹103.50 per litre, marking yet another day without revision. The rates have remained rather consistent despite fluctuations in global crude markets. Petrol pricing in India continues to be shaped by a combination of international oil benchmarks, domestic taxation levels and the rupee’s exchange rate.

Across the metros, petrol prices reflected similar steadiness. New Delhi reported ₹94.77, Kolkata ₹105.41, Chennai ₹100.80, and Hyderabad ₹107.46 per litre, all without movement since yesterday. Minor reductions were observed in a few cities, including Noida (–₹0.27), Bhubaneswar (–₹0.05) and Patna (–₹0.53). Kozhikode, meanwhile, recorded a slight increase, with petrol priced at ₹105.97, following recent fluctuations between ₹105.78 and ₹106.22 over the past ten days.

Diesel prices also displayed broad stability. In Mumbai, diesel was priced at ₹90.03 per litre, unchanged from the previous day. The daily revision mechanism, introduced in June 2017, continues to provide transparency and immediate reflection of market conditions. New Delhi recorded ₹87.67, Kolkata ₹92.02, Chennai ₹92.39, and Bangalore ₹90.99 per litre. Small reductions occurred in Noida, Bhubaneswar, Patna and Thiruvananthapuram. Kozhikode saw a modest rise to ₹94.97, consistent with its recent narrow price range.

Households also saw no change in cooking gas prices. The 14.2-kg domestic LPG cylinder in Mumbai remained at ₹852.50, a rate that has been maintained since April 2025, offering consumers some respite amidst fluctuating global energy costs.

Overall, India’s fuel landscape on November 24 reflects a period of sustained price stability, with only marginal variations observed in select locations. (With inputs from Agencies)
