Now register your property anywhere in district

Thiruvananthapuram: Kerala has introduced the ‘anywhere registration’ facility connecting all the Sub-Registrar Offices spread within the districts.

The title deeds of any house or land, irrespective of location within the district, can be registered across any one of the Sub-Registrar Offices in the district. This is made possible by allowing the authority of the district registrar to all sub-registrars in the district.

However, this facility has not been granted outside the districts.

Minister G Sudhakaran said that the facility would be beneficial to the public.
