DCC president list row: High command to take action against those who reacted publicly

New Delhi: Congress High Command will take severe action in the public response following the release of the list of DCC chairpersons, said AICC General Secretary Tariq Anwar who is in-charge of Kerala.
Tariq Anwar has told Mathrubhumi News that he has asked K Sudhakaran, KPCC President to provide names of those who have taken a public stand against the list of DCC presidents, except senior leaders. He said the leadership had already taken a stand that public statements should not be made on this and it is clear that there is no intention to make any changes to the current list.
At the same time, there was a demand from the state to remove Tariq Anwar from the charge of Kerala. But there is no sign of moving on that. KPCC President K Sudhakaran and Opposition leader VD Satheesan have been given complete freedom of action by the High Command.
At the same time, senior national leaders of Congress alleged that the complaints of Ramesh Chennithala and Oommen Chandy are not considered to have much merit because this is what they have been doing for the last few years and that is how they decide things without consulting anyone.
