Supplyco Christmas -New Year market begins, 13 products at subsidised rate
Thiruvananthapuram: The Supplyco markets in the state have begun sale of daily use products at discounted prices in connection with Christmas - New Year celebrations.
Reportedly, 13 varieties of daily use products will be sold at subsidised rates and others will be sold at a discount rate of 5 to 30 per cent.
Items worth Rs 1437 are given at the rate of Rs 755 in Supplyco market.
The subsidy rates are as follows:

| Urad dal | Rs 68.10 per kilogram |
| Peas | Rs 45.10 per kilogram |
| Chilli | Rs 39.60 for 500 gram |
| Sugar | Rs 24.10 per kilogram |
| Coconut oil | Rs 125 per litre |
The state level inauguration of the Christmas market was done by Minister GR Anil and the ceremony was presided over by Minister Antony Raju.
