2 Malayali college students killed in car crash near Bengaluru

Bengaluru:Two college students tragically lost their lives in a car accident near Ragihalli Forest on the outskirts of Bengaluru on Monday night, with two others injured.

The victims, 23-year-old Shahuk and Arshu, both from Kollam district in Kerala, died at the scene after their car crashed into a tree. The incident occurred around 11:30 pm on Monday when the driver reportedly lost control of the vehicle, causing it to collide with the roadside tree.

Injuries to two others

Two other passengers in the car sustained injuries and are currently receiving treatment at a nearby hospital.

The police have registered a case for rash and negligent driving. Investigations are ongoing to determine if the driver was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash.
