Kochi: The declaration of the Kerala Engineering-Architecture-Pharmacy Entrance Exam (KEAM) results, originally scheduled for Monday, has been postponed. The revised rank list, incorporating marks from the CBSE Plus Two revaluation, will now be published on June 26.

Accommodating CBSE revaluation results

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) announced its Class 12 revaluation results late on Sunday night. Following this, a substantial number of students and parents expressed anxiety regarding the lack of time to submit their updated marks online.

Responding to these concerns, Higher Education Minister Roji M John directed the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) to extend the window for mark submission and defer the results.

"The government's primary objective is to ensure equal opportunity for all qualifying candidates so that no student is unfairly left out of the ranking process," Minister Roji M John said.

Following the Minister's directive, the CEE officially rescheduled the KEAM result publication to later this week, ensuring all revaluation marks are properly synced into the final merit system.
