Minister Ahammad Devarkovil, Abdul Wahab hold confidential meeting

Thiruvananthapuram: Minister Ahammad Devarkovil and INL leader Abdul Wahab held a confidential meeting here. Abdul Wahab said after the meeting that he discussed with the minister the issues within the party. Ahammad Devarkovil is with Kasim Irikkur faction of the party.

“The minister is also the national general secretary of the party. As the matter has to be discussed within the party, I’m not revealing more details of the meeting,” Abdul Wahab told the media. He added that all issues will be resolved.

However, minister Ahammad Devarkovil refused to address the media following the meeting.

Abdul Wahad held discussion with the minister for a long time. As the matter is likely to be taken up in the CPM secretariat to be convened on Friday, the meeting is crucial.

Last week, two factions of INL had engaged in a brawl during the state level meeting that minister Ahammad Devarkovil and others attended.
