INL expels AP Abdul Wahab, Nazar Koya Thangal from party

Kozhikode: An online meeting of the national committee of the Indian National League (INL) expelled state president AP Abdul Wahab and secretary CP Nazar Koya Thangal from the party for six years. They had earlier created a parallel state committee following a feud with the Kasim Irikkur faction.

They are restricted from using the name or the flag of the party. They cannot enter the party offices. Members who cooperate with them will face action, the press release said.

The committee meeting was inaugurated by all-India general secretary and minister Ahamed Devarkovil. National vice-president Muhammed Sulaiman, Kasim Irikkur, Muzamil Hussain and other prominent leaders attended the meet.
