The group became especially known for delivering both affordable housing and luxury homes in cities such as Kochi, Thrissur, Calicut, Trivandrum, Kottayam, and Bangalore. With operations also extending to the UAE, Confident Group emerged as a trusted name built on quality, innovation, and customer focus.

His contributions also reached award platforms, with Confident Group supporting events such as the SIIMA Awards, strengthening his footprint in both cinema and cultural initiatives.

A committed philanthropist, Roy supported education through scholarships worth over ₹1 crore and backed healthcare, women’s empowerment, and welfare initiatives. He also served as the Honorary Consul of the Slovak Republic for Karnataka and Kerala.
