Nileshwar firework accident: Death toll rises to 2 after another succumbs to injuries

Nileshwar: One more person succumbed to injuries in the firework incident at a temple in Kasaragod district died on Sunday. The deceased, identified as Ratheesh, 32, was a native of Nileshwar. He had been receiving treatment for his burn injuries at a hospital in Kasaragod.

The fireworks accident happened at the Anjootambalam Veerarkavu Temple in Nileshwar on Tuesday during the annual Kaliyattam festival, leaving around 154 people injured.
