15 hours of work, no response for questions, verbal abuse; Techie explains his ordeal at startup

Reddit is an online platform where content is socially curated and promoted by site members through voting. It is used by people of all ages to share good and bad things about work. There are also sub-reddits where anonymous messages can be shared without a name or address. People mainly use this platform to share bad experiences, connect with others who have gone through similar experiences, and seek advice. The bad experience that an Indian techie had at his workplace is now going viral on the platform.
The ‘anonymous’ person says in his post that he had to stand in tears in front of his colleagues at a Google meet, not to mention the completely unprofessional approach, inaccurate working hours, and bad language of his senior employee. He says that the co-founder and tech lead of the startup company he works for regularly uses bad language and insults him in front of other employees. The post says that after crying at a Google Meet, he doesn't know what to do anymore and needs help to get him out of this difficult situation.
He joined the company that has only two employees and three co-founders two months ago. He and his colleague have not received any formal training on what to do at work. There are no fixed working hours due to which they have to work 12 to 15 hours every day. One of the co-founders is the tech lead, he doesn't have any answers to any work-related questions (which can be understood as not knowing), and when asked for an answer, he shouts and insults. The post shared a few days ago has been upvoted by over 700 people. The readers of the post have also given good advices.
Most of the advice narrows to the idea that it is better for him to look for a job in some other good company. Some say that most of the startups in India are fraudulent and ego problems are also rampant in such companies. Some say that the boss is talking bad about his employees to hide his own incompetence and that he should not be paid any heed. But some ask what is the benefit of working at the expense of his own self-esteem. The comments applaud him for being a good worker for showing interest in understanding and learning about his work and asks him to leave this company for the same reason.
