SpiceJet Patna flight returns to Delhi after technical glitch; lands safely

New Delhi: A Patna-bound SpiceJet flight was forced to return to Delhi on Thursday shortly after takeoff due to a suspected technical issue, the airline said in a statement.

The Boeing 737-8A aircraft landed safely and has been grounded for a detailed inspection, with maintenance teams carrying out checks to identify the glitch.

SpiceJet added that an alternate flight is being arranged to accommodate the affected passengers and ensure their onward travel to Patna.
