Star Air introduces direct flights to Mundra, with operations scheduled to begin on June 23

Regional airline Star Air has announced the launch of scheduled commercial flight operations to Mundra in Gujarat from June 23, marking the airline’s 32nd destination in its growing domestic network. The move is expected to boost air connectivity to one of India’s fastest-growing industrial and logistics hubs.

Mundra, home to India’s largest private commercial and container port, will now gain direct air access to key cities, including Mumbai, Hindon in Delhi NCR, Goa, Surat, Belagavi, Bengaluru, Kolhapur and Nanded. According to the airline, the new routes are designed to improve travel convenience and reduce transit time for business travellers, professionals, industrial stakeholders and tourists.

Star Air will operate five weekly direct flights between Mumbai and Mundra on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Additionally, three weekly direct services will connect Mundra and Hindon, expanding travel options across western and northern India.
