Priyanka Gandhi Vadra made her entrance into the Lok Sabha, marking the beginning of her term as an MP. Dressed in a traditional Kerala Kasavu saree, she took the oath of office while holding the Constitution.

Priyanka clinched the Wayanad seat with a substantial victory margin of 4,10,931 votes, defeating Sathyan Mokeri of the Communist Party of India (CPI). The Wayanad constituency, a Congress stronghold, saw a three-way race between Priyanka, BJP's Navya Haridas, and CPI's Sathyan Mokeri.
