Imran Khan returns to Adiala jail after medical examination in Islamabad | WATCH

Pakistan’s former prime minister Imran Khan was shifted back to Adiala Jail in Rawalpindi early Friday after a medical examination at a private hospital in Islamabad.

He had been taken to Shifa International Hospital following a Supreme Court order over concerns about his health.

Pakistan Information Minister Attaullah Tarar confirmed that Khan returned to jail at around 5 am after the medical process was completed.

Khan, who has been in custody since August 2023, has faced repeated health concerns, including an eye condition requiring treatment.
