AI Impact Summit 2026: Addverb unveils Trakr Quadruped robot

Robotics and automation company Addverb has unveiled Trakr, its next-generation quadruped robot, at the AI Impact Summit held in Delhi, positioning it as a solution for operations in high-risk and complex industrial environments.

Built for agility and resilience, Trakr is designed to function in areas that are challenging or unsafe for conventional machines and human workers. Its four-legged structure enables it to climb stairs, traverse slopes and maintain balance on uneven or rugged terrain.

The robot is equipped with advanced sensing technologies, including LiDAR, depth cameras and IMU systems, allowing it to generate accurate real-time maps and operate efficiently even in GPS-denied locations. During live demonstrations at the summit, Trakr showcased autonomous navigation, patrol missions and remote inspection capabilities, underlining its ability to perform tasks with minimal human supervision.

Trakr also features auto-docking for self-charging and onboard AI computing for faster decision-making. Available in multiple variants, including a heavy-duty payload model, the quadruped robot is aimed at applications across security, oil and gas, construction and industrial inspection sectors, marking a major step forward in autonomous robotics for hazardous environments.
