100 years of 'The Waste Land'

TS Eliot’s 'The Waste Land', which was first appeared in 1922, marks its centenary this year. Renowned poets and scholars, including K Satchidanandan, EV Ramakrishnan, Zahira Rahman and Aswin Vijayan speak about ‘The Waste Land’ which gave birth to a new form of poetry, breaking away from the conventional styles that existed till the beginning of 20th century.
