YouTuber drops explosive audio recordings revealing Kim Sae-ron’s marriage, pregnancy, and abortion!

YouTuber Lee Jin Ho has sparked widespread outrage after releasing a video containing alleged leaked audio recordings of late actress Kim Sae-ron. The recordings reportedly reveal that she was secretly married, became pregnant, and later had an abortion.

Allegations surface amid legal battle

The controversial video surfaced just a day after Kim Sae-ron’s family filed a defamation lawsuit against Lee Jin Ho for spreading false and damaging claims about the late actress. Through their legal representatives, Kim Sae-ron’s family claims that YouTuber Lee Jin Ho fabricated stories that damaged the late actress’ reputation. They assert that they have evidence to support their allegations.

Additionally, the family has accused actor Kim Soo-hyun and his agency, Gold Medalist, of orchestrating Lee Jin Ho’s content, alleging that he was directed to produce defamatory videos about Kim Sae-ron. They state that over the past three years, Lee released four videos targeting her, which they believe subjected her to intense public scrutiny and emotional distress.

Following Kim Sae-ron’s passing, Lee reportedly set those videos to private. However, he has denied all accusations, calling claims that he was paid by Kim Soo-hyun “completely false.” 

His latest claims have reignited discussions about the actress’ private life, including her relationship with a mystery man.

In January 2025, Kim Sae-ron had shared photos with an unidentified man on Instagram, captioned “Marry,” but quickly removed them. At the time, her team dismissed the images, stating they were from a wedding-themed photoshoot. However, on March 19, Lee Jin Ho alleged that the actress had secretly married the man featured in those pictures and had been expecting a child before her death.

Leaked audio suggests Kim Sae-ron’s relationship was controlling

The YouTuber's video includes what he claims are voice recordings of Kim Sae-ron discussing her relationship with a former agency staff member. When asked about the deleted “Marry” post, she allegedly said that her boyfriend had shared the images, not her. The staff member reportedly referred to her partner as “crazy,” to which she agreed.

The recordings further suggest that Kim Sae-ron’s boyfriend was controlling, with access to her social media accounts. “He is just a civilian working for a conglomerate in New York. We met through an acquaintance, but that was a bit ago. He's usually fine but sometimes feels anxious. I have now deleted my KakaoTalk account. My boyfriend manages my KakaoTalk and Instagram accounts. I can’t do anything and can only communicate a little via Telegram and text, but he keeps saying, ‘I don’t understand why you're hiding that you got married,’ and ‘I wish you had revealed it,’ and we've argued a lot about it,” she allegedly told the staff member.

Actress claimed she was forced into marriage

According to the leaked conversations, Kim Sae-ron admitted she had been pressured into marrying her boyfriend and was unable to leave the relationship. “While I was dating my current boyfriend, I happened to meet up with my ex while I was in Korea. There are problems to do with the company and B, so he said that he would just help me out with the issues even though we were broken up. So when we met up then, we were already broken up. I told everything to my ex and that I had a boyfriend, and we said goodbye like that. I was also not going to marry my current boyfriend and was actually about to break up with him. But then, I suddenly got pregnant,” she reportedly said.

Kim Sae-ron allegedly had an abortion

When asked if she was still pregnant, Kim Sae-ron allegedly confirmed that she had undergone an abortion. Lee Jin Ho claims that this led to her proceeding with the marriage, although details surrounding the timeline remain unclear.

Notably, these events reportedly took place after her breakup with actor Kim Soo-hyun.

YouTuber accuses family of withholding information

Lee Jin Ho also alleged that Kim Sae-ron attempted to take her own life multiple times in the past year and had been rushed to the hospital for emergency surgery costing more than 20 million won. “Currently, the family is raising serious concerns about Kim Soo Hyun, who was her boyfriend four years ago. However, the late Kim Sae Ron was actually married to another man and was living as a newlywed. The family has been sending information from her phone to Gaseyeon for further disclosure, which indicates they were aware of her marriage,” he claimed.

The controversy erupted after a report from the YouTube channel Garosero Research Institute claimed that Kim Soo-hyun and Kim Sae-ron had been in a secret relationship since 2015, when she was 15 and he was 27. These claims stemmed from an alleged phone conversation with Sae-ron’s aunt, who blamed Kim Soo-hyun for her niece’s death. Kim Soo-hyun’s agency, Gold Medalist, initially denied the allegations but later admitted that the two had dated, asserting that their relationship only began after Sae-ron turned 19—the legal age in South Korea. 

Kim Sae-ron, who had faced severe career setbacks following a 2022 DUI incident, reportedly struggled with financial difficulties. Reports suggest she accumulated a debt of 700 million won due to the case. Gold Medalist allegedly pressured her to repay the amount. However, Kim Soo-hyun’s representatives have denied these accusations, stating that he never demanded any financial repayment. They also expressed willingness to meet with her mother to clarify matters. 

On February 16, Kim Sae-ron was found dead at her residence in Seongdong-gu, Seoul, on Kim Soo-hyun’s birthday.
