Actress makes shocking allegation against Jayasurya, Mukesh, Maniyan Pilla, Edavela Babu...

Kochi: Allegations continue to fly thick and fast in the Malayalam film industry since the release of the Hema Committee report. Actress Minu Muneer is latest to accuse several members of the film fraternity of physical and verbal abuse.
In a Facebook post, Minnu named actors Mukesh, Maniyan Pilla Raju, Edavela Babu, Jayasurya, Adv. Chandrasekaran, Production Controller Noble, and Vichu from the Malayalam film industry.
She alleged that in 2013, while working on a project, she was subjected to severe physical and verbal abuse by these individuals. Despite her attempts to cooperate with the movie and continue working, the abuse became intolerable, resulting in her leaving the Malayalam film industry and relocating to Chennai. Minnu also mentioned that she had previously discussed these issues with a media outlet.
Minu alleged that Edavela Babu made sexual advances in exchange for AMMA membership. She claimed actor Jayasuriya behaved inappropriately during the filming of "De Ingottu Nokkiye." Minu also accused Mukesh of making sexual advances and using abusive language.
Additionally, she alleged that Maniyan Pilla Raju said he would visit her in her hotel room during the filming of "Da Thadiya" and displayed anger at the location the following day.
She expressed her current pursuit of justice and accountability for the trauma and suffering she endured and has requested assistance in addressing the actions of those involved.
