Actor Biju Kuttan injured in road accident in Palakkad

Palakkad, Kerala: Malayalam actor Biju Kuttan was injured in a road accident on the  the national highway stretch near Kannadi on Friday.

The accident happened while he was on his way to Kochi early Friday morning to cast his vote in the ‘AMMA’ office-bearers election,

The car he was travelling in reportedly lost control and collided with the rear of a parked container truck. Both Biju Kuttan and the driver sustained injuries in the crash.

Biju Kuttan suffered an injury to his hand, while the driver’s condition is reported to be serious. After receiving initial treatment at a private hospital in Palakkad, Biju Kuttan was discharged and returned to Ernakulam.
