Actor Rishi aka ‘mudiyan’ and Dr Aiswarya Unni tie knot in traditional ceremony

Kochi: Uppum Mulakum fame actor and dancer Rishi S Kumar aka ‘mudiyan’ married Dr Aiswarya Unni in a traditional ceremony on Thursday. Rishi, also the Bigg Boss Malayalam season 6 star, took to Instagram to share the joyous occasion with his followers, posting wedding pictures with the caption "So it's finally all mine now.. my boo boo."

The couple chose traditional attire for their special day, with Rishi wearing a kasavu mundu and a pale pink kurta, while Aiswarya donning a Dhavani with kasavu check design, complemented by golden embroidery on the blouse sleeves and shawl border and antique jewellery. Jasmine flowers adorned her hair.

Earlier, Rishi had shared videos of his proposal and haldi ceremony on YouTube. The proposal was creatively staged as a ‘treasure hunt,’ and Rishi revealed in the video that he affectionately calls Aiswarya "Boo boo" and that they have been in love for six years.

The haldi ceremony, attended by close friends and family, was a lively affair. Rishi had worn a lavender shirt, pants and overcoat, while Aiswarya chose an off-shoulder lehenga in the same colour. Guests were dressed in off-white attire and the event saw participation from Bigg Boss show contestants and friends from the television industry.
