Actor Abhishek Banerjee has wrapped up the Bhopal schedule of his upcoming film ‘Baaghi Bechare’, a project that has already sparked curiosity thanks to its intriguing title and fresh casting. Sharing screen space with ‘Scam 1992’ star Pratik Gandhi and ‘Panchayat’s Faisal Malik, the film promises a unique blend of talent and storytelling.

As Abhishek wrapped up the Bhopal leg on Wednesday, he said, "Shooting for ‘Baaghi Bechare’ in Bhopal was an incredible journey. Sumit Purohit, who is the director of the film, has done a brilliant job, and the shooting schedule went really smooth.” The film’s Bhopal schedule wrap was celebrated with a cake-cutting ceremony on set, where Sumit was seen feeding a piece of cake to Abhishek. Produced by the makers of the acclaimed series ‘Mirzapur’, ‘Baaghi Bechare’ is touted to be a satire.

The film’s shooting was held at Raisen Fort:

The filming for ‘Baaghi Bechare’ was held at the Raisen Fort in Raisen district of MP, roughly about 59 kilometers from the state capital. As per locals, some scenes were shot at the historic Raisen Kachahari (old court) within the Raisen Fort premises. The fort area was lit up with lights at night for the filming. Shooting was also held at several other locations in Raisen, claimed the locals. Per a report in a Hindi daily, Abhishek was seen holding a gun and giving training to villagers at night in one of the scenes.

Abhishek began ‘Baaghi Bechare’ shoot on his birthday:

The ‘Stree 2’ actor, who recently turned 40-years-old on May 5, began commenced the shooting for ‘Baaghi Bechare’ on his birthday. “I couldn’t have asked for a better birthday gift than starting the shoot of 'Baaghi Bechare'. I'm really looking forward to working with such incredible talents like Pratik and Faisal, and being directed by Sumit,” the actor had said in a note after he began the filming.
