‘Water broke suddenly, was terrified’: Bharti Singh reveals scary early-morning delivery ordeal
Popular comedian and television star Bharti Singh has once again won hearts—this time by sharing an intensely emotional and deeply personal chapter of her life.
In her latest vlog, Bharti documented her journey to welcoming her second child, revealing the fear, anxiety, and overwhelming emotions she felt as her water bag suddenly broke early in the morning.
The vlog begins with Bharti informing fans that her water bag burst around 6 am, prompting an urgent call to her doctor.
“I’m completely scared and not able to understand what is happening,” Bharti shared, adding that they rushed to the hospital immediately after being advised to get admitted.
As she left for the hospital, Bharti was visibly emotional. Carrying a small idol of Ganpati Bappa, the comedian asked fans to pray for her. Watch the full video below:
In a particularly touching moment, Bharti broke down in the lift, telling her son Gola’s nanny, “Bahot darr lag raha hai.” She was seen being comforted as she tried to stay strong.
Husband Haarsh Limbachiyaa admitted he was equally nervous. He revealed that things unfolded far more suddenly this time compared to Bharti’s first delivery.
“Last time, everything happened gradually. This time, there was no warning at all,” Haarsh shared, adding that they were lucky it happened early morning and not during peak traffic hours.
Just minutes before reaching the hospital, Bharti spoke about delivering at the same place where their first son, Gola, was born—Breach Candy Hospital—and expressed complete faith in her doctor, Dr Feroz Sonawala.
“Both heartbeats and contractions are happening together,” she said, unsure how soon the delivery would happen.
After the delivery, Bharti was seen regaining consciousness and thanking fans for their love and prayers. She revealed that the doctors informed her in the operating theatre itself that they had been blessed with a baby boy.
The newborn was kept under observation for a day, with Bharti eagerly waiting to meet him. When asked about the baby, Haarsh smiled and said simply, “He’s very cute.”
