Boiled Egg with green chutney just in 2 minutes

Many of us have a boiled eggs in the morning before rushing to the office, college or school. Try this variety boiled egg recipe which gives you a mind-blowing taste and keeps your whole day healthy.
Ingredients
- Boiled egg- 3
- Coriander leaves- 1 cup
- Mint leaves- ½ cup
- Chopped green chillies- 5
- Ginger paste- ½ tbs
- Water- 3 tbsp
- Coconut- ½ cup
- Vinegar- 1 tbsp
To garnish
- Kashmiri chilly powder
- Mint leaves
Procedure
Grind coriander leaves, mint leaves, chopped green chillies, ginger paste and water well. Add coconut, vinegar and salt to it and grind for a few seconds. Boil 3 eggs. Cut it into two and apply this green chutney on top of it. Now garnish it with red chilly powder and mint leaves.
