NEET UG 2025 counseling: MCC revises round 1 allotment schedule again

New Delhi: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), under the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, has once again revised the Round 1 schedule for NEET UG 2025 counselling.

The updated timeline applies to allotments for MBBS, BDS, and B.Sc. Nursing seats in colleges and institutions under MCC's purview.

Here are the revised key dates and deadlines:

Updated NEET UG 2025 Round 1 Schedule

Registration deadline: Extended till 1 pm on August 3 2025

Payment deadline: Now open until 4 pm on August 3 2025

Choice filling: Can be done till 11:59 pm on August 3 2025

Choice locking: Will be available from 6 pm to 11:59 pm on August 3 2025

Seat processing: To take place on August 4, 5 2025

Round 1 result declaration: August 6 2025

Reporting to allotted colleges: Between August 7- 11 2025

Candidates are advised to complete all steps within the new deadlines to ensure a smooth admission process. The allotments cover specified seats in medical and nursing colleges nationwide.
