Application submission facility reopened for PG Medical Admissions Kerala 2025

The Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram, has reopened the application submission facility for PG Medical Admissions Kerala 2025, following the lowering of the minimum qualifying percentile of NEET PG Medical 2025.
The NEET-PG-2025 minimum qualifying percentile has been lowered by the National Board of Examinations in accordance with the directions of the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India vide letter No. U-12021/11/2025-MEC (FTS- 8363852) dated 09.01.2026.
Accordingly, the Revised Minimum Qualifying Criteria (as directed by MoHFW) and the Revised Cut off Score (out of 800) for different Categories are as follows: (i) General /EWS: 7th Percentile, 103 score (ii) SC/ST/OBC (including PwD of SC/ST/OBC): 0 Percentile, - (minus) 40 score (iii)General PwD: 5th Percentile, 90 score.
In order to enable the qualified candidates to participate in the remaining phases of the allotment process, the online application submission facility for PG Medical-2025 courses in Government, Self-financing Medical Colleges, and Regional Cancer Centre in Kerala has been reopened and will remain open till 11.59 pm on 18.01.2026.
In this phase of online application submission, NEET PG 2025 qualified candidates who have not registered earlier can also apply. The candidates should satisfy all eligibility conditions as specified in Clause 4 of the prospectus.
In-service candidates who are newly qualified as per the revised NEET-PG qualifying criteria may also apply if they satisfy the eligibility conditions specified in Prospectus clause 6.6.12.
Candidates can avail the application submission facility through the link ‘PG Medical 2025 – Re-Opening Online Application’ at www.cee.kerala.gov.in and should complete the online submission of the application and upload the required documents within the deadline. Those candidates who are eligible for any reservation (including the claims for minority or NRI quota in self-financing medical colleges) or fee concession should upload the required certificates from the authorities concerned and all other valid and relevant documents in support of the claim.
Newly qualified candidates, who find a place in the rank list, can participate in the third phase allotment subject to the condition that none of the allotments/admissions carried out in the previous allotments are disturbed. Allotment of seats from the rank list for all courses in self-financing medical colleges will be made in accordance with orders of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India/Hon’ble High Court of Kerala or the orders of the Government of Kerala/Government of India or as per the law in existence at the time of the Centralized Allotment Process (CAP).
A notification regarding option registration for the third phase allotment will be issued later.
