Kerala publishes provisional Round 1 allotment list for PG medical courses

The Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, has released the provisional allotment list for the first phase of admissions to PG medical courses for 2025–26. The list covers Government Medical Colleges, the Regional Cancer Centre (RCC), Thiruvananthapuram, and private self-financing medical colleges. Candidates can access the list through the ‘Provisional Allotment List’ section on the official portal.
The allotment has been prepared based on the Kerala State merit list and the online options submitted by eligible candidates within the prescribed timeframe. Options submitted by candidates with withheld results or those disqualified in the merit list were excluded.
In line with an interim order in WP(C) No. 35067 of 2025, one General Surgery seat under the service quota of the Directorate of Medical Education has been set aside and excluded from the current allotment.
Candidates may report discrepancies in the allotment list to CEE via email until 12 pm on 29 November 2025. The final allotment will be published after resolving valid complaints.
Applicants claiming SC/ST reservation whose caste verification is under review by KIRTADS have been provisionally included, with their admissions subject to final confirmation. Similarly, NRI quota applicants who submitted a sworn affidavit to address defects related to expired or expiring visas have been provisionally considered. Their admission will be cancelled if required documents are not produced within the stipulated period.
The list of participating colleges and the applicable tuition fees were earlier detailed in the notification issued on 6 November 2025. All admissions remain provisional and dependent on affiliation or recognition from KUHS, the Government, and relevant national regulatory bodies.
CEE has advised candidates to regularly check the official website for further updates. A helpline is available at 0471-2332120 and 0471-2338487.
