Indian leg-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal, who is struggling to make a comeback into Team India, is now facing scrutiny over his personal life as well. Reports suggest that his marriage with Dhanashree Verma may be facing trouble, though neither has confirmed the speculation.

On Valentine’s Day, Chahal shared a cryptic Instagram post stating, "You are enough as you are. Don’t let anyone make you feel otherwise." While he did not clarify the intent behind the message, fans quickly linked it to his relationship with Dhanashree. Meanwhile, Dhanashree posted a series of gym photos with the caption, "A cake is a must today."

As rumours swirled, Dhanashree addressed the growing speculation with a strong statement. She condemned online trolls for spreading falsehoods and called out the character assassination she has faced. "The past few days have been extremely difficult for my family and me. What’s truly disturbing is the baseless speculation and character assassination by anonymous trolls without fact-checking," she wrote, emphasising her commitment to moving forward with strength.

Adding to the speculation, Dhanashree later shared a heartfelt post reflecting on her childhood memories with her grandparents, expressing a sense of loss and nostalgia. Fans continue to speculate on the status of the couple’s relationship while hoping for clarity.

Meanwhile, Chahal remains out of favour with the Indian cricket selectors, missing out on both the Champions Trophy squad and recent international matches. While his future in cricket remains uncertain, his personal life has now taken centre stage in public discussions.

Addressing the ongoing speculation, Chahal shared a cryptic message on social media, carefully avoiding any mention of his wife. Instead, he described himself as a son, brother, and friend, hinting at a possible change in his personal life.

"As there are still many overs left to deliver for my country, my team, and my fans. While I am proud to be a sportsman, I am also a son, a brother, and a friend. I understand the curiosity surrounding the recent events, particularly about my personal life. However, I have noticed certain posts speculating on matters that may or may not be true. I humbly request everyone not to indulge in these speculations as they have caused immense pain to me and my family."

According to reports from Free Press Journal, Chahal is expected to pay a whopping Rs. 60 crore as part of the divorce settlement. However, neither Chahal nor Dhanashree has addressed these claims, keeping fans guessing.
