Paris Paralympics Day 4: India's full schedule for September 1
At the Paris Paralympics, Indian shuttlers, shooters, and other athletes will compete on Sunday to enhance the country’s medal tally.
On Saturday, Rubina Francis added to the strong performance by Indian shooters by winning a bronze medal in the women's air pistol SH1 event final.
Rubina Francis Secures Bronze in Shooting
In a standout performance, Rubina Francis clinched a bronze medal in the women’s air pistol SH1 event. Francis scored a total of 211.1 points to finish third in the final, which saw eight competitors. She had entered the final in seventh place after the qualification round earlier in the day. This medal marks India's fourth in shooting and fifth overall at the Paris Paralympics.
