Priyansh Arya breaks KL Rahul PBKS record in dominant IPL 2026 display vs LSG

Punjab: Punjab Kings produced a dominant batting display to post 254/7 against Lucknow Super Giants in their IPL 2026 match on Sunday, powered by a record-breaking partnership between Priyansh Arya and Cooper Connolly.
The duo added 182 runs for the second wicket, the third-150 partnership for PBKS in IPL history, as they took apart the LSG bowling attack after an early setback.
Arya–Connolly partnership drives PBKS total
PBKS lost Prabhsimran Singh early, but Arya and Connolly immediately shifted momentum in favour of the home side with aggressive strokeplay and sustained scoring pressure.
Priyansh Arya: 93 off 37 balls (4 fours, 9 sixes)
Cooper Connolly: 87 off 46 balls (8 fours, 7 sixes)
